EXCHANGE

We have a no refund or exchange policy due to the extremely specific nature and design process. Most of our items are made to order.  Note: All sales are final.

WARRANTY

We offer a 2 year warranty on all pieces priced at $150 or more if your stones become loose or pop out. Pieces priced at $1,000 or more have a limited lifetime warranty.  We also cover any manufacturing defect. Kindly email us info@kdandcojewelry.com with your order number and an explanation of what happened and we will be happy to help. If the ring has been resized or worked on by another jeweler, or has unusual wear, we can no longer cover the ring’s repair. We will do our best to restore all damage from pools, or hot tubs, but please do not wear your jewelry in either as your jewelry will be damaged. Any items that are intentionally damaged or from normal wear and tear will not have warranty coverage.
